In honor of St. Patrick’s Day, the tours on Saturday, March 7 will focused on Irish history, Irish descended senators, and Senator Kennedy’s special relationship with Ireland and his family heritage. Visitors learned about the history behind the Irish mementos in the Senator’s office and the Senator’s role in the Northern Irish peace process. The tour will be offered at 11:00 a.m., 1:00 p.m., and 3:00 p.m. and is included with the purchase of admission to the Institute. Space is available on a first-come, first-served basis and pre-registration is highly encouraged.
