Human Resources Coordinator
We have an exciting opportunity for a part time Human Resources Coordinator. The Human Resources Coordinator plays a critical role by supporting and maintaining effective HR & compliance systems and policies while providing outstanding HR customer service to institute leaders, staff, interns and volunteers. This part-time position is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional. In this role you will work on a variety of HR tasks and projects in an exciting, fast paced environment. This is a position that touches and impacts a number of different functions within the organization, so we are seeking someone who is able to juggle multiple priorities while still getting the details right.
Program & Partnership Manager
The Program & Partnership Manager is a member of the external relations team who leads the development, planning, and implementation of programming at the Edward M. Kennedy Institute
The Development Coordinator is a key member of the Development team. This individual is responsible for the management of the Institute’s donor database, ensuring data integrity, maintaining standards and protocols, and maintaining all gift records in an accurate and timely fashion for all prospects and donors.
Director of Communications
The Director of Communications is responsible for strategic oversight and management of internal and external communications for the Edward M. Kennedy Institute. This individual is passionate about the importance of civic engagement and committed to helping the Institute tell a compelling story to audiences.
Director of Corporate and Foundation Relations
The Director of Corporate and Foundation Relations will be externally facing and have responsibility for identifying corporate, foundation and public prospects, cultivating relationships with them, developing funding proposals to them, soliciting, and following up in securing philanthropic support for the Edward M. Kennedy Institute for the United States Senate.
Director of Membership and Annual Fund
The Director of Membership and Annual Fund is responsible for growing the Institute’s membership program through renewals and acquisitions while also building and growing a robust Annual Fund program. The Director will have responsibility for annual renewal campaigns, annual acquisition campaigns, overseeing accurate and timely data input, coordinating membership stewardship activities and conducting all follow-up.
Senate Education Staff
Senate Education Staff are responsible for assisting in the facilitation of the Institute’s nationally-recognized Senate Immersion Module program, including semi-scripted role-playing of party whips, expert witnesses, Senate staffers, and others. Staff also perform roles as current and historical Senators in live theatrical program and conduct floor interpretation experiences with school groups, adult groups, and general visitors.

Edward M. Kennedy Institute Education & Visitor Experience Internship
Senator Kennedy believed that each person possesses the power to effect positive change within his or her community. Through this internship program, the Institute aims to further the Senator’s legacy of service by developing a team of passionate and engaged interns to work directly with the Institute’s Education and Visitor Experience team.
